Muscular Therapy bodywork is a non-invasive, hands-on approach to heal muscle and tissue damage in the body. This approach can decrease the need for medication and can be an alternative to surgery in many situations. This traditional approach can help alleviate pain from common ailments caused by repetitive motion, poor posture or sports injuries.

ABOUT JAMES

James has a 30+ year background in physical therapy, working with AFL clubs, soccer, netball, athletics, etc, specialising in the treatment and management of sporting injuries and physical problems.

Specialising in hands-on treatments including remedial massage, joint and nervous system function mobilisations and manipulations. Treatments are ideal for sports injuries, RSI problems and general soreness from work and daily activities.
